All operating systems were invited to an international tech conference.
Windows showed up first — late, of course.
It brought 27 updates, rebooted twice before the keynote, and froze the projector.
Linux arrived carrying three backpacks, four USB drives, and a philosophical beard.
It spent half the event arguing with itself over which distribution should present.
Then NetBSD walked in.
Silent.
It connected to the 1998 projector, the 2025 laptop, and the minibar at the same time.
When the audience gasped, someone asked:
“How… how did you do that?”
NetBSD replied:
“I just ran.”
